Requirements - $50 non refundable deposit is required for braiding styles - Hair is provided for all braiding styles - Hair needs to be a 4 inches or longer to ensure longevity - For best results, please avoid fresh trims - Please come with hair properly washed, detangled, and blow dried from root to end - No leaving children 10 and under without parental supervision. NO REFUNDS ON HAIR BRAIDING SERVICES There are no refunds on any hair braiding services. If you do not like the service during the process or you are not satisfied with the end result please advise us immediately. I am happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24 hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid)
Same-day cancellation and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.
There is a 15 minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $10 late fee (after 25 minutes appointment will be charged 100%)
